Just before 1pm they called me to confirm they were fifteen minutes away. They arrived just after 1pm. I was very happy with how prompt they were. When they arrived, they brought my couch in, unwrapped all the packaging, had a friendly chat, and left in about ten minutes flat! I have no hesitation in recommending them as they were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional.
